Kia sorento or Subaru outback. Why? Go!

I'm car shopping and its down to these.

All wheel/4wd
Small suv
Plenty of room for kids.

I want to know which one is better and why :)

Thanks!

I can't comment on the car in particular. But my Mum had has 3 Kia's in the last 5 years and they've all been really poor cars. They are not well built, and use cheap materials.

Suburu I've always found to be good quality, and good value for money.

I'm looking at a Kia Sorrento as well as a few other models.
As well as the points you mentionned, the KIA...front heated seats comes standard and is not extra. Im leaning more towards it.

My fiancé and I live in Washington and take a lot of trips to Oregon and the eastern Washington so we need something to keep us safe, warm, and comfortable. We may end up in Alaska so we will need a car that can get up there and back to Washington in one peice for multiple occasions.

I don't have a review but recently went car shopping and saw a boat load of really cheap Sorento's. I may have seen one or two Subarus. I would say invest in the Subaru, which may be a few thousand more, but won't depreciate as much.

I've sold both. Never buy Kia.
