I lost about 18lbs in the 1st month (but I do have to lose over 100lb). Whilst I am pleased with this I have gained more satisfaction from doing exercise. I started out just able to walk a mile without having to stop due to shin splints, i can now walk upwards of over 5 miles with no bother. I am also learning to cook healthy food rather than live on processed food and takeaways.0

I think I lost 7 or 8 my first month. 10 is GREAT. Do NOT be discouraged!! :flowerforyou:0

my first month i lost about 14 pounds. i'm on my 2nd month and only lost 3 so far. but a lost is a lost. keep up the good work.0

I haven't lost much - only 1 kg in the first month but my priority was on disciplining myself with working out. So I managed to wake up at 5:30 am from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks to work out. I'm proud of myself for being able to do that much.
Now, I'm focusing on my food intake0 -
Wednesday will be 2 weeks for me (today is Monday) and I think i've lost 6.8 lbs so far. I'd be happy with 10 in the first month. 12 would make me happier.
So far it's been easy. I had a very late dinner this past friday and saturday night (social functions) but I really watched what I ate and only put back on less than a pound.0 -
I'm at one week consistantly No change yet..0

The scale did NOT budge for over a month when I first got started with working out & eating better! So, I'd say 10 lbs is a HUGE WIN!!! YAY For you!!!!!0

I lost the initial water weight. I actually lost 12lbs in the first week. But big guys like me usually lose a lot early. But I am a bigger guy with somewhat higher leaner body for a 300+ pounder. So after the initial 12lbs, it's slowly come off.
One month in, I believe I dropped about 20-25lbs.0 -
Only 2 weeks in for me. I lost 2 lbs, so 10 a month is super!! I have a habit of falling off the wagon 1 day a week But at least Im averaging a lb a week. Too hot out to walk and Im quite old for aerobics so I just play with my dog, and walk in place every day along with the daily chores.0

I lost 4 pounds the first week. My next weigh-in is this Saturday which will be the end of week 4.
As of this past Saturday, I have lost 1.5 inches in my chest, 2.5 in my waist, and 3 in my hips. So far so good, I think. Am very curious to see what the scale says this weekend!0 -
I just finished my first month also, and lost 8 lbs. I think we are both doing good! Don't get frustrated! Just think another month and it could be another 10lbs, that is 20 lbs!! So worth it!0

i think that is right on! i lost 9.2 lbs at my 3 week mark, and wed this week will be 4 weeks and we shall see hopefully i'll be over 10 lbs too! good job everyone!0

Two weeks in I have lost 8lbs, I walk 3 miles daily. I will be ecstatic with a 10lb/month weight loss!0
