Your partner says, so how's it going at the gym, do you weigh yourself have you lost any weight yet.

    if it's your partner, then I can actually understand this. Someone who sees you every day is not likely to notice a few pounds because weight loss is gradual and they see you all the time, so while you may look much different than you did 2 weeks ago, you don't look that different than you did last night.

    What is more telling is people who haven't seen you in a while. They are the ones who will notice the change, because it's not gradual to them. There will be a stark difference between you now and the last time they saw you.

    I have lost 13-15 depending on the day. My husband can't see it (other than he has noted that my boobs are smaller) lol Take a pic. I was amazed to see how much different my face looked from June to now. Really helps to have a visual reference. Measurements are a must also! Good luck!
