I was kinda bummed today when I got on the scale I haven't lost any weight since the 6th and I've been gaining weight.For some reason I decided to try on some of my clothes.My 10's were to big,My 9's from when i was a teenager were to baggy and the 8's fit perfect just a tiny bit snug around the stomach.I was so excited. After I had my daughter 7 months ago i was in a size 14/15 and before i got pregnant with my oldest daughter i was close to a size 20 and almost going into a 3x

Looking good! Don't let the scale through you off, pictures, measurements and the way your clothes fit are the true answer to if your body is changing ...obviously yours is keep it up!0

Well done you look great! The same thing is happening to me, i'm not losing any weight at the moment but i've came down a dress size. I think it's because i've been exercising a bit more lately, so must just be converting fat to muscle...I hope! xx0

the weight i gained is finally starting to come off a bit i've lost 2.6 lbs when i got on the scale today0
