I have only been using this site for one week, so on Wednesday morning I headed to the scales for my first weigh in.

I cant believe how amazing it felt to have lost just 1.2pounds, it really made me realise how worth it this is :D

Woohoo!!! That's awesome! My first weight in with this site is tomorrow morning. I've lost 15 pounds prior to it though. My husband put losing a pound into great perspective for me one time...he said: "Imagine a pound of ground beef...you lost that from your body!" WOW! I use the image when I'm feeling down and to lift me up even higher when I have a victory like you did today. Yay for you!
