Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Update- I am currently Level 1- Day 7. I was going to wait until day 11 to do an update but I started noticing changes. I couldn't wait. Pretty sure 4 more days would have made a difference but whatever. Next update Day 14. I have currently lost 4 inches off my total body. Haven't really lost weight since starting. Actually this is with clothing on Day 1 was 221.8lbs Day 5 220.4 lbs Day 7 219.4lbs without clothing 218.4. Feel free today me also!

You can totally tell your stomach is smaller/clothes are fitting better. This is so motivating, I just finished day 4!0

I am a big Jillian fan. Currently I only have 3 of here dvds but I do one everyday. I have "burn fat, boost metabolism", "no more trouble zones", and "kickboxing fast fix". I love the kickboxing one because you push really hard for 20 minutes and you're done, the other two are good because they are made up of 6, 7 minute circuits and if you are really tired you can skip a circuit or two and go to the cooldown. I have only been working out for two weeks but can already see muscle definition in my arms and can definately feel it in my glutes when I walk. Anyways, I'm glad to know that there are other people out there that are "obsessed" with Jillian as I am. I live right across the street from work and have friends cheer me on when I'm working out and I just have to say it, I feel really bad *kitten* doing the kickboxing:smokin: . Thanks all for reading. Oh, year, I need some friends that are on about this time each day so if you want to friend me, that would be great.0

I am on day 3 of the 30 Day Shred and totally loving it. I thought I was pretty fit and would start on level 2 but after doing level 1 on the first day, my body was aching! I am a regular gym go-er so am really pleased that a 20 minutes work-out in the house can be so effective.0

I also thought it would be too easy - could surely start on level 2 or even 3 since I've been a gym rat the past year. And only 20 minutes ... I was so wrong!
I am on day 17 and am astonished and humbled. My lower stomach is flat! I'd given up on that hope since I am 46 years old... I have also lost 4 cm. on my hips! I am a pragmatist and skeptic and certainly don't believe in the "perfect" anything or quick fixes - but... dam*!
I am so enthusiastic I feel like some freak cult convert.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred absolutely works NO DOUBT. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and the benefits are quite obvious. On level 2 at the moment I can finish the routine non stop and my body is wanting for more. Loosing weight is gradual because the workout leans more towards developing muscle and reshaping your body. All 20 minutes are well worth it!0

I just started today on Level 1 of the 30 day shred. Am amazed by the results that I will keep this in my mind for when I can't be bothered to carry on somedays. Thanks for posting and letting us know how your getting on with it. This has given me the willpower now to carry on with results like this. Keep up the good work, I know I will0

Taking before and after pictures is such a great way to see your results! Well done. I didn't have as good results doing 30 day shred but I'm starting it again and this time, TAKING PICTURES! Thanks for the motivation.0

DANG this is only after day 7?????? I can notice a HUGE difference! Way to go!! Stick with it and imagine what you will look like on day 30!
I'm on day 18 today and I feel a bit smaller in the stomach but I don't notice as much of a difference in pictures.

I'm starting today, thanks for the inspiration. Due to medical issues I haven't worked out in like a month and I am so scared about how much this workout is gonna suck, but I have to get back to it!:drinker:0

I am doing Ripped in 30 - and I do Jazzercise on a very regular basis...was training to be an instructor (until I had surgery - so postponed for a bit)...and I thought I was going to DIE when I did this one day last week. OMG! I have since done it 3 more times...I do Jazzercise 4 days a week so I am trying to incorporate this...Tomorrow I do "day 4" and this week I am striving to do this video at least 3 more times this week so I can start 2nd week - Level 2. I am looking forward to looking "ripped"!!0

WOW! You can really see the difference! I bought the DVD several months ago and just attempted to restart it again today. I only made it through the first 10 minutes but thanks to your pictures I feel motivated to try it again tomorrow morning and every weekday morning for the next 30 days.0
