92 lbs down and A HUGE NSV AS WELL pics included!!!!

I am now 92 lbs down since Jan 1.... I have never felt better and felt more alive. I was going to write a big thing about how the whys and all that.. but lets be real the how.. i did it with calorie counting, mfp every day and my shakes and working out like a demon as much as i could... and my why.. to live life completely and stop making the stupid excuses...
so here is my current before and after:

NOW FOR MY NSV:

I got married 13 years ago.. when i was 20 ish... i still remember the size of my wedding dress that day.. .. then i gained and gained and gained.. and went up to 3 sizes bigger than that....

well as of now when i bought my new dresses.. i am two sizes smaller than i was on my wedding day when i was 21.. ( i will be 35 next month!!!!!)

    Hunny you look great! Keep up the amazing work, I totally know all to well the feeling you have, you are inspiring and you'll keep doing that.

    Keep documents of your story, keep taking photo's. One day it'll really help you with things in life, I'm finding this out, I'm so glad I have so much of my journey on paper and photo's to back it all up with.
