    I have the most energy i have ever had. I started going for walks in the beignin and now i am running on the treadmill or doing 45 minutes on the eliptical i am doing it to get healthy and li ve the life i have dreamt of..

    i think it took me about 3 weeks to get used to working out.. and now i am addicted i need to go!!!!
