Anybody on BodyBuilding.com get their promo email this morning about their new products?

I am fairly interested in the SCREAM pre-workout Ignition mix. I have never used anything outside of the whey, whey isolate, casein protein powders... but I'm looking for something different... something extra.

Basically, it says :

Scream isn't built on a proprietary blend. It contains no fluff, filler, or unnecessary glucose polymers - just researched ingredients at effective doses. To get Scream down to an affordable price, Bodybuilding.com partnered with the leading patented ingredient manufacturers to offer our customers the best prices on the best ingredients.

As a result, you can now experience what a real pre-workout product is meant to feel like. Scream contains full doses of the ingredients you crave, all packed into a single-scoop serving:

(1 scoop serving)

BCAAs: 8 g
L-Citrulline: 3 g
Creapure: 3 g
CarnoSyn: 1.6 g
Taurine: 1.5 g
CarniPure: 1 g
L-Tyrosine: 1.5 g
Glucuronolactone: 500 mg
Sustamine: 500 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous: 300 mg

We are confident that once you experience Scream, you'll never want or need to look for another pre-workout product again.

Has anyone ever taken a pre-workout product such as this (in powder or pill form)

If so, can you please provide me with some feedback? THANK YOU!!!!

I guess it's not bad but I prefer my BCAA's and Creatine separate so I can dose them how I want. Just my personal preference; I wouldn't buy this product. I got the e-mail but I didn't even check the price, what does it cost?

20 Servings for $34.97. But right now, you can get 10% off with their coupon
  • Thanks for your input, btw. Just wondering if you wouldn't mind shedding some light on what BCAA's and Creatine you take (brands, amount) and how you stack them?

    Thank you.

Looks like a pretty standard pre workout, most of them are pretty similar.

IMO unless you train fasted, BCAA supplementation is pointless assuming you get a decent protein intake.

Whoefood proteins and whey protein will give you all the BCAA you need.

Right now I am training fasted. I take TrueNutrition's BCAA Plus but they've increased their price to the same price as Xtend and will probably switch back to Xtend. I take TrueNutrition's CreaPure (dirt cheap) and their RockitFuel which is some vitamins, taurine, and caffeine. Per serving it's pretty inexpensive.
