What kind of workout???

Hi. I'm Rory. I am trying to figure out what sort of workout to do....I'm 300 pounds, and have lived a very sedentary lifestyle. I'm thinking I should start slow...but I don't have any idea how to begin. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks
