I used to hate running. I was always winded, felt like I was going to pass out, my joints hurt the next few days, and I would inevitably injure myself. I always over did it.
This time I've been walk/running every other day for a month (3 weeks to finish week 1). I'm now at the end of Week 2 and I'm getting disappointed when I have to stop running. I feel like I could go so much further. Which is a huge NSV from not being able to complete a little 60s run. Also did a fun run this weekend which included two 5min straight runs. Some may see it as a minor NSV, but I'll take it.

Excellent! It is how I started running and now I average around 60 miles a week. Keep it up!0
