To whoever posted that recipe for the Taco Bake last week... I made it yesterday, and YUM! :-) Plus, it made 8 servings, so I am set for lunch this week! THANK YOU! Mine was 303 calories per serving, b/c I accidentally added 2 cups of cheese instead of 1.5 cups, and I added some extra salsa... but 303 calories per serving is still amazing and it was yummy!
