    Homemade lasagna for me too! And apple crisp made from apples close to going bad. A treat after mowing the lawn.

    Chicken, lemon and artichoke pasta with a salad on the side.

    Chicken breast rubbed with some low cal barbeque sauce with a sundried tomato laughing cow wedge melted on top and cut up roma tomato sprinkled over it. Salad on the side.
  • Boneless salmon fillet tonight with steamed broccoli & cauliflower. A very strictly controlled 25g of blue cheese and 3 water crackers for dessert.

    leftovers from a stir-fry last night: smoked tofu, green beans, mushrooms and red peppers in a miso-chili sauce. plus quinoa. plus dark chocolate for dessert as ALWAYS.
