new 8 week routine starting next week

ANY THOUGHTS LET ME KNOW!!!!!! THIS POST IS MAINLY FOR MY MFP FRIENDS, BUT I AM OPEN FOR ANY ADVICE,,, THANKS

Monday Bis/Tris

seated db curls
hammer curls
seated db tricep extension
tricep head bangers
reverse pushdown
curl bar
reverse curl bar

Tuesday Shoulders

Shoulder press
front db raise
lat db raise
upright rows
rear delt fly machine
db shrugs

Legs will be on shoulder day Tuesday or on Wendsday depends if I need a rest day or have plans

Squats
Calf Raise
Sled
Leg extension machine
leg curl machine
hip abductions

Thursday Chest

bench press
incline press
decline press
(will try to alternate all 3 with bars and dumbbells every other week)
DB flys
Cable crosses
Fly machine

Friday Back/ light biceps
Pulldown hands apart
Pulldown hands close
Seated row
T bar
Deadlifts
(possibly 1 arms rows)
Extra bicps will be
low pulley curl bar
preacher curl machine

i do abs 3 days a week and leg raises, chinups, and dips between sets when I have time

THESE ARE NOT ALL IN THE ORDER I WILL BE DOING THEM AND I AM GOING FOR 3-4 SETS 6-8 REPS HEAVIER WEIGHT

    looks solid man i would thrown in the kneeling one arm row for back. But other wise nice sets. I do alot of these but some i dont ill try implementing them into my routines

    Awesome man, im currently trying to get lean until end of week 12, currently week 5. Im on 3 sets 12 reps medium-hard weight. once i go to bulk properly i will change to 3-4 sets 8 reps

    As long as I am not to spent I will get some 1 arm rows in , thanks man

    yea Scott I spent my first 16 weeks burning fat, gaining strength, cutting toning, all that fun stuff 4 sets - 8-12 reps , I will look for your post
