  • Sorry. Yes, sadly. My 6 year old has told me lately "Mom, it looks like you are going to have another baby". Nice. I know six year olds are not adults and only half count...but...they often speak the truth.
  • Oh I'm so sorry. Yes it has happened to me...4 times this year actually. (the 4th time, I kept a deadpan face, looked the person directly in the eye and said, "no, I'm just fat" it made everything very awkward, which served her right!) Nothing hurt worse. Just know that 1. people are rude to ask (unless you have already told them you are) 2. one person's thoughts don't define who you are. (I used it as motivation to get in shape) But in April I decided perhaps I should do something about it since then I've lost 8 lbs total...but only 4 since starting mfp. But as far as nsv goes, I've gone though 1 month of Prevention's Dance it Off workout dvd. and am currently on Day 5 level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.

Most importantly, let those comments roll off, or use them to push you forward, just don't replay them as a horror show later.
