No these are not gonna be photos of all my before and afters but I took some photo's last night and wanted to compare with photo's I took a month ago, when I decided it was time to really work out hard and try and get rid of some fat still lingering around. I'm not done by far on the blasting fat. I'm currently doing my 3rd round of the 30 day shred. I'm only on level 1 right now. I've also been doing some yoga

Those to be exact. I jog once in awhile when I get the chance, swim when I can, and a lot of walking.
The changes aren't HUGE but I see it.
Well then yesterday I went shopping and since all my clothes are once again starting to get to big on me, realized I'm now wearing between 3/4 and 5/6 jeans. My jeans are currently 5/6 and are sagging and starting to fall down. I went and bought me some belts because while I can get 3/4's on and button and zip them with no issues at all, I have a muffin top in some of them, I found 1 pair I could wear perfectly and I loved them but they can't be worn at my job because they are skinny jeans. So I didn't get them. I did get 3 new belts though till I can go get me new jeans. I have been wearing a Large belt and it's all the way to the last hole, so I got me 3 mediums. I can already button it half way. Won't be long till I'll be getting a small belt. Crazy I tell ya!
Well I ended up getting a dress though, those who know me, know that since I got to about 160lbs I have been into dresses. I use to hate them on me, well I did this with my dress photo's...

you look so cute! good work! i think with this we just have to keep it up. it can get hard at times but i was talking to a girl who lost about 150 lb and kept it off. she said she saw her body change the first year she lost the weight but she still had problem areas. she told me they got better but it took about a year before things really firmed up. she said because the skin was stretched from being heavier it just needed time to go back and then the muscle tone really helped... the fat eventually went away but she said it takes lifting heavy, cardio 2x a week and continuing to eat well. i believe you will get there if you are worried about problem areas. we all have them and all work on them. i think it just takes time and specific training. the yoga could be part of the answer. i am doing that alternating with pilates 1 day a week, strength training 1x a week, cardio 2x a week and 1 day of whatever i want. i think a combination approach is best. but, you have come a long way. i think you look great!0
