I posted these on facebook, but thought I would share here as well, especially for those who get discouraged by the scale.

These are my progress photos, day 1 through day 60. I have been working out for a few years now, but I've always struggled with losing and gaining the same 5-10 lbs. 60 days ago is when I decided I'd had enough and committed to changing my body. Days 1-30 I dieted and started lifting weights along with cardio. On day 30, I started following a clean eating program from my nutritionist (KatieCatesFitness) in addition to my lifting and cardio. While I've "only" lost 3.6 lbs in 60 days, I can tell my body has made a huge transformation. I will always be a work in progress, always moving forward, no telling where I'll go from here because I am nowhere near done.

Great job!! Looks like you've lost way more than 3lbs :drinker: Are you doing BodyPump or something different?

thanks :) I've just been going to the gym and lifting, splitting days up between body parts and adding cardio after if I felt like it.
