Hi guys,

Nok here! I'm new to this MFP thing. I'm trying to lose 80 more pounds. I currently weigh 220 pounds. I started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago. I started at 227 lbs. I'm down 7 lbs so far.
What are some things that helped you guys lose the inches and see results?

I get really confused when I can see a difference in my body but i still weigh the same.... what's up with that?

Any cool workout routines would help out too! Thanks all! Cheers!

    Congrats on starting your journey towards being healthier! 7 lbs is an awesome start! Take your measurements too, that will help you seethe changes.

    You must be losing inches of fat and gaining muscle which weighs more, it happens alot when u first start....

    You can't always go by the scale. Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Your probably losing more inches than weight.
