So we just got a treadmill so I am sticking to my goal of losing weight and eating better now I just need to work on getting a regualr sleep schedule to have energy. Onto other things.

I am a mom of three kidds and want to keep up with them so I am hoping to get on schedule. Anyone know if a great meal plan to follow to get on the right track??

I am enjoying keeping track of everything and glad my friends recommended this site much better than another I tried. I would like something that say instead of eating this you could eat this or dont eat this eat this........any suggestions?

    All I do is read the nutritional information on everything now, and decide how much is it worth to me to eat whatever it is. This helps me to remain in control.
