Congratulations you have done sooooo well. I am struggling to stick to under the allotted 1200 cals a day big time. Started on the 11th August and lost 4lbs the first week mainly due to colonoscopy prep of no eating for 40 hrs I'm sure but finding it hard to keep under 1200 cals with foods I enjoy. I love carbs pure and simple. Can you share what type of meals you achieved your success on and any other tips that might help a newbie0

It's a skyline of philadelphia, I still have to get some work on it to finish it up.. You really cant see it in these photos, and the camera I used for them pic's really sucks!!Great job! And viva vegetarian!
