    Just from that one day I can see, I think your food looks fine, but you're not eating enough.
  • You are not eating enough. Your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to fat and food your taking in. You need to be eating AT least your daily goal(before the workout). Also, make sure you're drinking LOTS of water to flush out water weight. Watch your sodium intake too. That can make you retain water... which can make the scales not friendly. Eat more girl! =) I would try adding some more fruit and veggies in there too. Good luck!
