Hello everyone,

I have spent the last 3 years whining about gaining 50 pounds after menopause. Now I'm going to stop whining and do something about it.

I started watching what I was eating and lost 6 pounds, then a friend turned me on to FP and I've lost another 12 pounds. I'm addicted to watching and documenting every calorie, making smart eating choices, exercising, and generally moving my *kitten* !!!

I'm determined to lose the 50 pounds and maybe even a few more :)

I keep trying to recruit friends and family to join me for the added motivation, didn't realize until now there was a forum to gain new friends with the same goals in mind.

Feel free to add me if you are looking for moral support as well !!

  • Congrats on your weight loss so far!I am ADDICTED to MFP as well..I love being able to track my food,exercise,and having other people looking for support and motivation just like me!Good luck with the rest of your weight loss.U can do it =]
