Drink plenty of fluids during your trip. Choose water over other drinks.
Avoid fast-food outlets
Order salads fresh vegetables w/ lean proteins- ask for lemon slices to use for dressing.
Eat breakfast- a high fiber and protein meal, such as whole grain toast with peanut from the hotel free breakfast.
Pack a cooler for your car and hotel with fresh veggies, fruit, nuts, and cheese.0 -
Grocery stores! They're everywhere!0

I suggest getting off of the road, and at least eating on the sidewalk. If you eat on the road, you might get hit by a car. This sounds dangerous.
Ok, i can't resist urge to be smart-a, sorry.
On a serious note, i drive for a living and i always have to remember my 7 P's: "Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance" it helps to go to the grocery store and pick up healthy foods. If i plan in advance what meals i'm going to eat, i am less likely to eat restaurant foods and convenience food.0
