Hi everyone, I am fairly new on here. I am 28 and a stay at home mom. I am looking to lose weight from baby (and a lot more that I gained after losing my mom) I just feel plain uncomfortable in my own skin. I also want to be a good role model for my son and future children. I feel like we (as a family) eat very healthy. We are vegetarians. But I have a major sweet tooth!!! which seems to be my downfall and although I am active (always cleaning, running errands that sort of thing) I don't make a lot of time for just plain old exercise. I would love the support and to support others with their journey as well! Feel free to befriend me!!!

Hi, So sorry to hear that you just lost your Mom, be gentle with yourself. Grief is a big enough challenge. Continue to eat well. As a fellow veggie, I know that it doesn't always mean low calorie. Sometimes a teaspoon of honey in tea is helpful or a teaspoon of sugar in coffee. If you do not feed the craving, it will eat you up.0
