    I know the pictures i look thinner but i want to look good naked and i still have a pretty big gut underneath it all, my bf% is still like 26% so that deff needs to go down. My biggest problem area is my stomach. I was going to post a picture of my fat gut from the beginning and now but i am far to embarrassed LOL

    Well, the thing i have that measures it is just like a hand held thing. I got it when beachbody sent me my CHX dvds, it was a bonus item. I am not sure how accurate it is.
