Does anyone know why my "daily goal" keeps changing? One day it will say 1,200, then 1,220, then 1,348.... Is it because I am exercising? Am I missing something? And... Am I supposed to eat ALL the calories in my daily goal? The total before or after exercise? These statistics are confusing me... I am fine before I work out, but I work out at night so I'm finished eating after that.. and it ends up telling me that I am "eating too few calories"
Thanks!! I'm new

yes it adjusts when you exercise (carbs, fat, protein, cals all go up), and yes you should try to eat as close to your goal as possible! if your looking to lose weight try to stay at the goal calories that were set before working out, unless its a very vigorous workout then of course let yourself eat more!0
