Too full!

I always feel like I eat so much throughout the day but when I log all of it in, it turns out that I'm short on calories. I never feel like I'm starving myself or anything like that. I don't want to be eating more than I really need to. Is this a bad practice?

No!!!!! That is exactly what you want to do. Don't stuff yourself. It will only make your stomach bigger to eat more later. Many small meals during the day evens out your metabolism.
You sound like you are doing what you need to do. Great job!0 -
If you are eating the right foods, you should feel full. Fruits, veges, grains all have tons of fiber and are intended to keep you full. The concern should be if you aren't eating the healthy stuff and are feeling full before you consume all your calories (I guess I just can't see how that could happen though)...wish I was in your place...how do you do that?0
