what do you eat as a snack?
i've been LOVING Partner Foods Fava Nuts (roasted broad beans), which come in at 130cal per snack package
Also, i've been having Spiral Foods Instant Miso, Herbalife Choc Peanut bars, Lucky Almonds and Cranberries, apples and pears..

Radishes, cucumber slices or bell pepper strips with wholly guacamole 100cal packs0

A bag of cut up mixed veggies or a bag of shredded wheat & bran 9g of fiber!0

It's so easy for me to turn a snack into a meal, haha. Give me an extra large bowl of raw veggies [cucumber, bell pepper, baby carrots, mushrooms] + spicy guacamole, hummus, plain/non-fat Greek yogurt, southwest mustard, or roasted red pepper salad dressing to dip.. and I'm all set! Cut the portions in half, and instead of dinner you have a wonderful snack :]0

Right now I am eating baby carrots and avocado hummus. Really good!!0

Either rice cakes with peanut butter and cinnamon, or cucumber slices with hummus and pico de gallo. Yum0

My fave is greek yogurt with cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia0

Asian pears, 70 cal cheese sticks, and Vitatops, which are basically 100 calorie muffin tops you can find in the freezer section. The Vitatops are expensive though with a box of four coming in at over $5.00, so that's more a sale item if I can catch them when they are marked down.0
