Fitbit - Fantastic Customer Service

Had a fitbit for several months now, and had a few issues. My first one, the unit itself just died on me, presumably through my own fault for not realising I should keep it in the clip on holder rather than clipped directly to my clothing when working out. And their replacement, it just stopped charging when placed in the base station. Both times, they have replaced it for me, without any issues, once established that resetting etc didn't work.
Not come across such good customer service before, though obviously, I would rather the item didn't die on me at all as I find it uncomfortable when I have to report problems twice in such a short time, lol.

Bumping because it can't be said enough how awesome their customer service is.
Also, you don't need to keep the fitbit in the holder for it to work. It works just fine clipped directly to your clothing. Unless you were sweating so much when working out that you shorted it out.0
