I may take flak for this but Im gonna ask anyway.

I've noticed since Ive been working out (even as lite as it is)........that once my workout is done, I take a nice shower and then a couple hours later SHOULD go to bed. I get up incredibly freakin early..... like 230--3 a.m. without fail. However, since Ive been doing my workout in the evening I have all I can do to get to bed by 10, the problem is Im waking by 1230 or 1......and staying awake / up. I thought 230 was bad but OMG midnight is horrible when I dont even have to be to work til 6. I was going to bed by 730 or so each evening BECAUSE I do get us so early. But now it seems no matter when I got to bed Im waking at mid night or thereabouts.

Any advice?

Please and thanks

Hi, Congrats on getting in your exercise but I wonder if the time you exercise is what is messing your sleep up. Maybe try (because you get up so early) Going to bed first and when you wake up a two thirty exercise, have your shower, you should still have time to relax and then go to work. You might find yourself energized for the day. Try it on a day you don't have to work and see how your energy level is. I exercise usually in the morning. If I don't I feel usually feel lazy all day. Good Luck
