Haven't logged in for a while...

Needing some motovation please...

So I haven't logged in for about 2 weeks, on and off. Truth is...I lost motovation!
I stopped working out for the last week and have been basically eating whatever I wanted...so I'm feeling like crap now (don't know if I gained anything since I refuse to go on the scale)!
I always seem to do this and don't know why.
I do really well for so long, and actually enjoy it...then boom...I fall!

Any suggestions to help this confused girl??

    After 30+ lbs lost you probably needed a break.
    Once you resume a cut youll probably see good results.

    I went through something similar. I got a bit 'fatigued' with calorie counting and left for a while. However, I had a huge fear of putting on the weight again, so tried to keep portion sizes similar to what I had learnt. Sometimes fear can be your friend!

    I did put on around 3lbs in 3 months, but am back here again and have lost the 3lbs again.

    Just get back to it! Pick up where you left off. It's a new day. Even if you just maintain, it's better to be mindful and keep off the weight. You've worked too hard to give up now! Can you imagine going through all of that work and deprivation all over again to just get here again?

    This is what I tell myself when I get discouraged..... :-)
