Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy.
BE SURE TO ALTERNATE LEGS (150 per leg is a little much!)

I'll try! Training for half marathon and have been doing A LOT of running, legs may be a little weak. But I'll do them thru the course of the day and see how I do. Thanks for the challenge.0
