So like most Americans, i have a 9-5pm job... and i actually spend most of the days in front of a computer. thats a lot of butt sitting. By the time i get off of work, Im drained and just want to go home and lay down... So that i can keep my energy up during the day, any suggestions to get in some quick workouts while at work? I figure, if i get some type of exercise in, then after work i wouldnt feel so drained and actually want to work out at the gym... (being hopeful)...
Any advice?

Any way you can use your lunch break to go for a quick walk?
Or try getting up more during the day at work - one fail-safe way is to drink more water as you need to get up to get the water....then get up again later on to 'get rid' of the water!
Also, can you get to the gym/do some kind of workout before starting work? I often do a quick run at 6am and it's nice getting in from work, knowing that the day's cardio is done!0 -
Hello! To encourage blood circulation and invigoration, I would suggest body weight squats (20 reps/hourly) and a 30 second set of arm circles front and 30 seconds back....
This will keep your energy up all day!.0 -

Ive been lazy in the morning, my bf gets up at 5am every morning to go to work and im having a hard time getting up with him.. i did it the first week he started this new job... but since then, its been 3 weeks and i haven't done it.. i dont know why its so hard for me now. So im trying to go after work, but end up with no energy by the end of the work day.0 -
