I am trying to eat to right amount of food. my mom use to have a food scale and we used it all the time. Does anyone know where i can buy one.

Walmart. I have one that is digital and can change from grams to ounces to pounds and so on. It comes in really handy since serving sizes aren't in a standardized unit.0
