just a general question.....

how many ounces should my "cup" of water hold? i keep filling up my water bottle that is 16.9 fl oz and every time im done with i click the arrow up on my water counter. i guess what im trying to say is since im drinking 16.9 fl oz every time i finish my water bottle should i click the arrow more then once every time or should i just leave it at one click?

    8oz is a standard cup of water

    8 ounces..look at it like this..you should be drinking four of those 16oz bottles of water a day...

    I do the same thing, refill a 16 oz water bottle. As others have said, a cup is 8 oz so click the arrow twice! :) I drink A LOT of water, about 11 or 12 bottles a day. I'd go broke if I had to grab a new bottle every time. lol

    I believe thats 250mls per cup

    Include tea and coffee in those as well for your h20 consumption
