i...hate...SODIUM!!!

Okay... I know this has been posted 10x's over, I'm sure. BUT I don't feel like digging for two days.
I always do great on my numbers (calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc.) EXCEPT for sodium. It's the freaking devil. I've already reached my weight loss goal (yay!) and now I'm in a building phase, which is why I've upped my calories and protein/carbs. But I can't get away from all of the sodium.
I know the most of it is coming from wraps and sandwich bread thins (feel free to snoop in my diary. I don't log everyday, but I know from past months of calorie counting that I'm on track most of the time). But what in God's name am I supposed to eat a freaking sandwich on? Tuna or chunked chicken (two things that ALSO kill me with sodium) out of a bowl or wrapped in a lettuce leaf just isn't as appetizing as I wish it would be. Also, I have a slight addiction to Subway chicken salads. Terrible, I know. And expensive.
Besides the Subway, I take all my own food to work (breakfast & snacks). I usually have PB2 & a banana or sugar free jelly on a wheat round for breakfast after my shakes-one before workout, one after. I know I need to cut the rice cakes for snacking, they're loaded with it. I was doing veggies w/ salsa, but (imagine this) the salsa I was eating was also loaded.
Any help for this girl? I'm open to recipes for homemade wraps (I love wraps), breads, salsas, anything! :flowerforyou:

Eat it on lettuce. Have a salad. Make your own low-salt bread.
