My husband and I are both doing MFP... Is there a way that we can copy/share/access each other's food diary info so that we don't have to catalog the same dinner or breakfast 2x's. I could figure out the info for our dinner into my food diary then he could copy and paste it into his food diary?

You can do this with the andriod iphone MFP apps. Hit the little wrench and copy meal. I haven't found a way from the PC.0

If you can't find a copy mechansim (sorry - I don't know how), the "receipes" tab will make things a little faster. You can make that recipe publicly available, so Person 2 can search and add a serving of it.
This still requires breakfast, lunch etc to be entered as separate events.0
