hi im new

well new to the forum anyway just trying to get into using mfp more i am currently doing weightwatchers but am also tracking calories to see if i can adjust anywhere as i havent lost weight now for about 2 years havent gained either so think my body is just happy.. just a shame i am not.
so that is why i am here

    If your goal is to lose weight, and you haven't in 2 years, it's time to look at what you're eating and what you are (or aren't) doing for exercise. 2 years is an incredibly long plateau.

    yes, 2 years is a long plateau. what do you typically eat? calories? do you exercise at all??
