Has anyone out there used the Jillian Michaels Ultimate Body Shop? I see it's gotten pretty good reviews, but wanted to see what my MFP buddies thought.

    I dont have this but I do have a total gym which looks very much like the same thing. I like it and think it works great. I just got my HRM so I would be curious to see how many calories I burn during my workouts. Its good for weight training.

    I have her body shop and I love it. I am still getting use to it as it can be a little awkward, but it is good. I just wish she had a work out video using the Ultimate Body Shop. There is a chip that plugs in at the foot plate and she goes through the workouts with you, so that is helpful. You can also print out the 8 week program and use it as a guide to lose weight. I bought mine through Walmart and paid $150 I think. It was delivered to the store and I picked it up. It isn't difficult to assemble and you will be up and working out in not time. I was hoping there was a way to add her work outs to my fitness pal. I just had to create an exercise. I am still looking for the calories burned using the equipment.     I just got mine about a month ago. I love mine! I'm one of those people who get bored super quick and love the fact it does many things! Over the holidays I didn't get to use it, but I couldnt stop thinking of the different workout I wanted to try on it! I'm back to using it and love it! It can feel like a easy workout but don't push it if you get it...you will feel it tomorrow. Hands down its the only equipment I've used where I actually felt the burn in my core area...that's a big deal to me! I feel the workout all over diffent parts of legs/ arms, my back, butt, chest, & core. Best 122 bucks I ever spent! The stretch feeling alone is work the 122 bucks!
