Starting fresh and need some opinions

I am starting fresh after much hardship and surgeries. Now is the time to focus on me. I have certain things that I am addicted to Like mcdonalds mocha frappe. seems like I can't go on a trip with out one. What I want to know is with bad habits like that am I better off going cold turkey or just adding it in to my daily calories when I have one.( usually once a week when I travel to my Mom's.? Any thoughts on changing habits forever? Thanks

    I'm the same with those Flaming Hot Cheetos. Car trips only! But what I'd do is either make sure when you have one, do the extra exercise to burn it off, OR find a healthy alternate (There are a few mocha protein drinks that are epic) to put in its place. Unfortunately the only answer is either cut it or make up for it. Good luck!
