What goes through your head on your workouts? Do you stay motivated the whole time? Do you want to wimp out half way through? POST IT UP!

My running day:

Hop on the treadmill, gotta hit 30 minutes today:

03:00 - this is so easy, i could run ALL DAY!!
05:00 - oh man I only checked the clock 2 min ago :(
09:30 - Good jams on, pick up the pace! this could be fun!
10:50 - Alright! That's over 1/3rd of the way! Good job!
12:30 - holy crap my legs are so wobbly, there's no way i'm going to last. Maybe just shoot for 20min this time
17:30 - Nice, less than 3 min to 20 min! I can do more than this :)
22:00 - just focus on the music, i've never been so sweaty in my life. feels good man
25:00 - i wonder if the guy next to me can hear my ridiculous breathing lol
27:30 - So close! Can't believe I wanted to cop out at 20min :o
30:00 - **** yah! :massive celebration in my own head:

Shoot for longer next time!

    45 minute 15mph bike ride for cardio today....

    1:00- this is easy, but I need to warm up
    3:00-did I log my foods... I did... I remember...
    3:30-warming up is boring, lets kick it up a notch
    8:00-omg I need to pace myself, push it to minute 10 you got this
    10:01-time for intervals, 2min hard, 1 min easy
    12:00- I got these
    17:00-only three more
    20:00-stamina time... gotta up the resistance
    22:00-this is easy, my favorite song is on!
    27:00-omg my legs are burning!!! I'm gonna die!
    30:00- You did so good you should stop now!
    30:01-NO WAY... push it, run/high rpm intervals
    32:00- sweat is in my eyes, this is crazy...
    34:30-this is never going to end
    38:00-Almost done!!!
    39:59- 2 more minutes of intervals 50 each... high resistance
    43:01: My favorite part... the downhill similation!!!! weeeee!
    45:00-I feel accomplished!!!!

    haha nice - i think everyone gets that split second where you just want to stop :laugh: feels so good to get through it though
