Big Weight Loss Milestone!

 I'm so happy...today I hit 64 pounds lost! It's a big milstone for me because I'm back to the weight I was when I went to basic training at the age of 19. I'm now 45.

AWESOME! Good job! How long did it take you?

I started 3 1/2 years ago. There were a couple of periods where I gained back some of the weight, but I have definitely made a lifestyle change. I have been very patient and didn't beat myself up when I thought the losing was going too slowly. I want it to be permanent. I didn't gain the weight overnight, so I certainly wasn't going to lose it overnight.
