I'm new here, though I'll confess to having joined a week ago but hadn't checked out these fab forums until now.
I'm one of lifes yoyo dieters though I never have more than 2 stone to lose. Really hoping with this website I can kick the yoyo and start to maintain a healthy balance ... once I've reached my goal.

I finally made the time to measure and weigh myself today. I will admit I was a bit overwhelmed but I'm not gonna let it get to me. This time next week I shall update my stats and I know things will change.
