Anyone tried or are using SENSA?

Was at mall this past week and they were giving away free samples. I signed up and just received my "sprinkles" today. . Excited to start but wondering if anyone is also using or have used it before.

I haven't used it personally but I have several friends who have. It's just an appetite suppressant.....my advice is just to up the willpower!

I have tried it, it does work, not to the extent where you aren't hungry at all, but when youre eating it definetely makes you less hungry. It wasn't for me though! But many of my friends have used it and loved it.

tl;dr version: Sensa is yet another "when combined with a healthy diet and exercise" fad. It adds a salty and sweet flavor without calories, which you can do yourself by mixing table salt (or light salt, so at least you are getting some potassium with that sodium!) with any zero-calorie sweetener. You can get aromas in the spices aisle of any grocery store. There may be some benefit, but you can get the same benefit a LOT CHEAPER than sixty dollars a month by just using known appetite-suppressant spices such as cinnamon and curry.
