Best arm exercises with minimal equipment

I want to lose weight all over, but I'm particularly self conscious of how "blubbery" my arms have become.
What exercises would you recommend for losing inches and gaining lean muscles, but without equipment?
I use full water bottles as free-weights, for now!

these are some articles that break down great arm strengthening exercises. keep in mind you cant spot reduce so you might as well work your full body so when you do hit that goal weight you'll look stellar.

The Tracy Anderson Method is STILL my favourite arm workout. No equipment needed, though weights are optional. I've been amazed at how fast my arms have picked up some muscle tone!

overhead arm extensions--PERFECT for "bat wings"
Bicep curls
Side arm lifts
arm circles (without weights you'll feel the burn too....)
Suggestion: Look up the Mini challenges that are posted on the exercise forum...each one targets a specific area (today's was 150 alternating leg lunges) No equipment required, and they'll KILL you--in a very, VERY good way!!!0 -

This for me as well. I do five types of pushups in my current routine. Made a huge difference in arms, shoulders, and chest.0 -

Thanks for the tip. With fibro I have to be very careful about arm exercises, but my "blubbery" arms are not attractive.0 -
Pop Pilates!
A lot of it is quite challenging, so don't push it too hard, but if you try a few of the moves from different videos and find the ones that suit you, you can create your own arm workout.
