Vitamins??

I hear commercials on TV and read many articles on the benefits of various vitamins for different issues..

The problem I have with this is if I took every vitamin or supplement or drank the suggested teas I read of I would be taking at least 15 different vitamins and constantly drinking tea to get what I need on top of what I already take!!

What are your personal suggestions on the best vitamins, supplements & teas to cover the basic necessities??

    I like the One a Day Women's gummies. I look forward to taking them every morning!

    I, as well, take One A Day Women's vitamin. I don't think I could remember to take multiple... I like having a "all in one" type deal.
  • If you have a balanced diet of fruit, vegies, carbs & protein then the fact is you probably don't need a multi. But in general term I have been told by naturopath's & dietitian's to take a multi and about 4000-6000mg of fish oil. So I do! :-)
