Hi everyone. I am new to all of this and don't know where to start. I am 5'8" and 170 pounds. I want to lose 30-35 pounds. My husband is not supportive of my decision so I can't go to a gym or classes. I recently bought the 30 day shred and I have Zumba fitness in the mail for the Xbox. I am hoping to do both 6 days a week. As far as what to eat I am at a loss.

You are not a lot over normal weight.
Make sure he knows you are not going overboard.
Cook as much of your food as you can, not from fast chain "restaurants"
eat your veggies
have a rest day between heavy workouts
and fuel the engine
set your mfp goal at half a pound a week and eat your exercise calories.
make sure he still gets his favorite foods and he won't mind so much.

yes that's ok
some people say more small meals is best and stops the desire to snack0
