Hi Everyone - Newbie

Morning All,

I joined MFP just over a week ago and can't believe how easy it is :-) I lost 3 stone with the old WW plan but found shifting the last stone near on impossible with the new plan.

My first week I lost 3lbs and next WI is Saturday, loving the barcode scanner and the fact we can eat anything as long as we count the calories.

Have started Jillian Michaels 30 DS again and am on the 4th day of Level 2.

Anyhow, just wanted to say hi :-)
