Stretch marks?

So, I have these weird marks on the sides of my belly and I don't know what they are, I am guessing that they are stretch marks, but my question is, wy? I have lost 25 pounds and a bunch of inches. I thought you only got stretch marks if you gained weight! Help please!

Edit: I am a 5'7" Female, 136 pounds, 18 years old.

    stretch marks happen when the skin is stretched... More than likely always been there just a little more noticeable ewith the weight loss and slightly flabby skin ..

    They wont go away but they will lighten .. I understand there may be some cream for this ?

    I get these too, had them for years :/ they itch sometimes too. i find putting moisturizer on them helps a bit
