what are the best liquid beverages to drink throughout the day, other than water. I do drink about 2 bottles of aquafina water at work, but if i'm home, or out somewere what is the best smartest choice?

i've been drinking a lot of chocolate milk, and then i realized after coming here, now much sugar is really in it...for 1 cup.

i normally will put a crystal light on the go in my water to give the added taste....will sometimes drink 100% orange juice, but even these things, after checking them, seem not to be the best choices

I believe unsweetened iced tea and decaf black coffee are two things that people drink and can count as water, otherwise I don't think there's really anything "good" to drink. Things either contain lots of sodium/sugar/caffeine. I don't think I'd have more than 1 or 2 drinks of anything except water each day. Maybe skim milk with your meals.

I find you have to be careful with milk. I only drink one cup a day and it has to be skim milk. People careful of diet drinks that say 5 calories per serving because the serving is small and can up to 100 calories at least. Best bet, drink water, like 8 bottles.

Sometimes I'm craving the bubbles, but trying to stay away from artificial sweeteners, so I drink flavored seltzer water. Yummy.

I consume two 2 liter bottles of water a day...(16 cups of water) when not at work I love flavored seltzer waters. when dining out I treat myself to a diet soda (but only 1). I rarely ever drink alcohol but I'm a fan of Guinness and champagne!

I don't have a problem with water flavored water, but I do love carbonation so I tend to drink flavored seltzer all day.
